Matt Laminated Business Cards
Art board is the most common stock for business card. The cards are printed full colour with double sided matt lamination. Matt lamination is a thin plastic sheet which is welded to the surface of the card. It has several benefits:
--It protects the cards from scratches.
--It feels super and lasts much longer.
-- It can be written on with most ball point pens, but no pens.
What is Matt Celloglaze?
Matt celloglaze is a coating applied to the cards after they have been printed. It is popular with many people because it makes the cards feel smooth to touch, and adds protection from every day wear.
Can Matt Cello Business Cards be written on?
Yes, they can be written on, but its recommended that a permanent marker or ball point pen is used as other pens tend to smudge easily.
What are your file specifications?
For the best results, we recommend PDFs but we can accept AI, PSD,CDR, JPEG, EPS, or TIFF files as well.
Please create all files with a 1mm bleed (1mmon all sides) As an example, a 90x 54 mm business card file should be submitted at 92 x 56mm
Please keep all safe text at least 2mm from the trim line. Files must be CMYK, not RGB.
PDFs, EPS and AI files: Please convert all fonts and text to outlines and flatten all transparencies. JPEG, PSD, TIFF: Please flatten all files. You may save your files at 400 DPI (300 DPI is the minimum).
Can I split my 1000 business cards order into 2 names or 4 names?
Unfortunately not, you would need to order the individual cards per person, so 500 x 2 kinds or 250 x 4 kinds.
Would Matt Laminated Business Cards be suitable to use as loyalty cards in my coffee shop?
We do not recommend using Matt Laminated cards as loyalty cards if they are to be stamped as the ink tends to take a while to dry so when your customer puts them in their purse or wallet they may smudge. The best cards to use as loyalty cards are our Unique Stock Business cards
